Terms and Conditions

You can choose to pay via Credit Card, Direct Debit or BACS. Direct Debit is our preferred method of payment.
It is important to note that the way in which we invoice will mean that you will receive two separate invoices, one for gas and one for the rental of the cylinder(s).

• Gas Invoice - Any invoices for gas taken will be invoiced on the second to last day of each month.
• Daily Rental Invoice - You will receive your invoice around the second week of the following month, as we bill for rental in arrears. Example – January rental invoice will be received around the 2nd week of February.
• If you have opted for pre-paid yearly rental, the full amount for the term selected will be invoiced on 1st of the following month.

All invoices are due 14 days from date of invoice.
You can access your invoice and make payments anytime at my.airproducts.com. Please have your account number and post code to hand if you need to register your account.
